'Simpsons' producer Al Jean confirmed that the special episode will air sometime in November, reported Ace Showbiz.
The crossover episode will feature Futurama's Billy West, John DiMaggio, Katey Sagal, Maurice LaMarche, Phil LaMarr, Lauren Tom and Tress MacNeille.
'Futurama' was cancelled by Comedy Central for the second time last year. The sci-fi animation originally aired on Fox between 1999 and 2003.
Comedy Central's last two 26-episode seasons of 'Futurama' came to be, after a series of successful direct-to-DVD episodes.
'The Simpsons' also has another crossover planned in the autumn with 'Family Guy'.
