A therapist was today arrested for allegedly attempting to outrage the modesty of a 42-year-old married woman at a clinic here, police said.
Jignesh Gokani, a Sujok (the alternative healing method) therapist, allegedly touched the woman inappropriately when she had gone there as part of treatment to her back pain and other health conditions on March 27 night, they said.
The woman told police that she managed to push him aside and fled from the spot.
The woman in her complaint yesterday said that she had been undergoing 'Sujok' treatment with the therapist, Jignesh Gokani, for the past three months, police added.
