Thieves cut ATM in Agra, take away Rs 14 lakh

A group of thieves decamped with more than Rs 14 lakh from an ATM here after cutting the machine with a gas cutter, police said today.
The ATM was installed outside the Punjab National Bank in the Rohta Bagh area here.
The incident took place in the wee hours today.
The thieves came there in a car around 3 AM, cut the machine with a gas cutter, took out the money and went back in the car, they said.
SSP Shalab Mathur said the case is being investigated.
