The integrated travel and travel related financial services company had posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 15.18 crore during the July-September quarter last fiscal.

Commenting on the outlook of the company in the coming quarter, he said:" The upcoming Q4 is a key period and with our forward bookings looking strong, we look forward to closing the year on a positive note for the Thomas Cook India Group."
The consolidated unaudited results for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2014 include the consolidated unaudited results of IKYA for the quarter and the nine months ended September 30, 2014 and Sterling for the period beginning from September 3, 2014 and consequently the same are not comparable with consolidated unaudited results for the quarter and the nine months ended September 30, 2013, Thomas Cook India said.
Shares of Thomas Cook were trading at Rs 165 per scrip during the afternoon trade at BSE, up 0.70 per cent from its previous close.
