Three men were today arrested for snatching various items of people, particularly women, in Jammu city, a police official said.
According to a complaint of a woman, three men, riding on a motorcycle snatched a purse of her friend when they were returning home from the Gandhi Nagar area of the city on March 14, he said.
Police investigated the case and arrested them for their involvement, he said, adding that they have been identified as Shubam, Rashpal and Akash.
A case has been registered against the trio, the official said.
Police seized items including mobiles, ATM cards and other items worth Rs 50,000, he said.
