Three gangsters arrested in Ghaziabad

Three gangsters, wanted in various robbery and murder cases, were arrested after an encounter, police said today.
One of the gangsters is the son of a telecom department officer and involved in the murder of a Modinagar doctor.
Modinagar Circle Officer Kishan Singh Talan said that Modinagar police station in-charge Rashid Ali and SI Sanjeev Sukla challenged the gangsters and managed to arrest them after a brief encounter.
Police have seized a pistol, cartridge, knife besides 14 stolen mobile phones and a car.
