According to the Additional Public Prosecutor Mahajabeen, Chindyala Rakesh (24), Ch Ajay (30), Galothu Vicky (26) and six others from Valmiki Nagar locality stabbed one Rajpal on March 15, 2006 due to previous enmity.
Rajpal died on the way to the hospital.
While these three were sentenced to life, co-accused K Sumith, K Amith, P Arjun, P Bhasker, G Arun and D Ravi were convicted on lesser charges and sentenced to imprisonment of six months.
