Three held for eve-teasing

Three persons were arrested for eve-teasing in two separate incidents reported here, police said today.
In the last 24 hours, two incidents of eve-teasing came to light, they said.
Bahadur Singh, a resident of Kajheri village on the outskirts of Chandigarh, was held for trespassing in a private quarters and allegedly eve-teasing a woman, police said.
In the second incident, Jasbir Singh of Kajheri village and Bhag Singh eve-teased a woman near her residence, following which both were arrested, police said.
Meanwhile, a girl has alleged that an unidentified person had been harassing her by sending SMSes on her mobile phone.

On the complaint made by the girl, a case has been registered, they said.
