Three held with charas

The accused were arrested following a tip-off when they were going with the contraband in a car from Nepal to Rampur in Uttar Pradesh last night, Sub-Inspector Puranlal Sharma said.

The 42.5 kg contraband is worth over Rs 40 lakh in the street market, he said.
