The three victims have been identified as Virender (19), Rahul (19) and Sushant.
The incident occurred at approximately 7:30 pm when Rahul was eating at the eatery run by Virender.
"The car driver lost control and hit the eatery. It then hit Virender and then Rahul. However the car didn't stop after that and hit Sushant, who was passing by, before finally ramming into a closed shop," said a police official.
The driver escaped from the scene and is still absconding, the official said.
Police have registered a case under IPC for injury caused by negligence and on the look-out for the driver of the car.
