Three killed, 50 injured in roof collapse

Two children were among three persons who were today killed and nearly 50 others got injured when a roof on which they had gathered to see Muharram lighting on Imambara collapsed, police said here.
The incident took place in the wee hours this morning when the roof of a building, on which large number of persons were gathered in Sursaini village in Bangarmau area, collapsed they said.
The people had gathered on the roof to see lighting on Imambara, police said, adding that those killed on the spot included Shahnawaz (22), Faheem (10) and Fatima (8).
Over 40 injured have been rushed to different hospitals, they said.
