Three persons were today killed after their motorcycle rammed into a stationary truck on the Etawa Khatoli state highway near Keshavpura village in Kota district, police said.
The deceased were identified as Giraj Saini, Sugrave Saini and Ramhate Joshi and, all around 29 to 30 years of age, and residents of Khatoli town, Station House Office at the Etawa police station Sanjay Royal said.
The bodies were handed over to the family after postmortem, he said.
A case of negligence driving was lodged against the truck driver, who was arrested, the official said, adding that further investigation into the matter was underway.
