The incident occurred today when the SUV was on its way to Chohtan from Barmer and the driver probably lost control over the vehicle which then turned turtle, they said.
Ajaram (50), Gangaram (45) and Suresh (20) were killed in the mishap while 10 others were injured, police said.
Four injured persons were admitted to a government hospital in Chohtan while six of them were referred to Barmer, they said, adding that condition of all was stated to be serious.
