The trio died after jumping into the well, police said, adding that the reason behind the extreme step is not yet clear as no suicide note was found from the site or from their home in the village.
The three were identified as Hemraj Gurjar (27), Leelaben Gurjar (24) and Mohit (2).
"We have not found any suicide note to ascertain the reason behind the extreme step," Chikhli police official said, adding that the bodies were pulled out of the well and sent to Navsari government hospital for post mortem.
