Giving details of the incident police inspector S V Hankare said, "Three unknown people attacked Bayni Ramulu Hanmantu (24) from Mehboobnagar taluka Telangana when he was in the tempo at Daund".
The police called an ambulance but the doctor declared Bayni dead on the spot.
"We are still unaware about the motive behind this murder but we have filed a case in Daund police station and are investigating the case," Hankare said.
