The device, called Little Printer, can fetch things from Gmail, Asana, Twitter, and GitHub, printing it onto standard thermal receipt paper in a minimal black-and-white style.
Users can also receive grainy, monochrome images from Instagram, according to 'wired.Com'.
Developed by the London-based company Berg, the printer provides headlines from The Guardian, breaking news from The New York Times and recipes from BBC Good Food.
At the chosen time, Little Printer's light will shine to let the users know their subscriptions are ready.
Its makers say it is "faster than a postcard, more fun than a text."
The printer is priced at USD 199.
