TJ Jackson fights for guardianship of Michael's kids

Michael Jackson's nephew TJ has asked a US judge to dismiss a petition filed by a relative challenging his guardianship of the singer's three children.
35-year-old TJ was placed in charge of Prince, Paris and Blanket in July, 2012 following a family dispute, which was ignited by the apparent disappearance of family matriarch Katherine Jackson.
Katherine was previously been appointed the guardian of her grandchildren following the "Thriller" star's death in 2009, reported Contactmusic.
She then agreed to co-parent the children with TJ, but the pair has since been faced with a new challenge from Michael's nephew Anthony Jackson II, who has filed his own legal papers asking to be named the new guardian.

However, TJ claims that Anthony has failed to properly outline the reasons for his petition and he is therefore pleading the challenge be thrown out of court.
In his documents, TJ, son of Tito Jackson, reveals he and Katherine are doing well as co-guardians and insists Prince, Paris and Blanket are happy with the existing arrangements.
