Toll-free number 1950 launched for U'khand voters

Chief Electoral Officer Saujanya Friday launched a toll free helpline number 1950 for voters here, to help them verify the presence of their names in the electoral rolls.

In case names do not appear in the list, persons can apply and get themselves enrolled using the helpline number, Saujanya said at the launch of the helpline number. He appealed to the young eligible voters to exercise their franchise.

Information regarding Voter I-Card, BLO and polling booth can be sought with the number.
