Trade union leader Satya Ranjan Das passes away

Prominent trade union leader and CPI leader Satya Ranjan Das passed away here, family sources said.
Das was 66 and survived by his wife, a son and five daughters.
He was secretary of Mayurbhanj district of CPI for one and a half decade.
Sports and Youth Affair minister Sudam Marandi, state CPI leaders including Asish Kanungo and others arrived here to pay their homage to the departed leader.
