"Stern action will be taken as per the Motor Vehicles Act against auto-drivers who ferry without licenses, or are found speaking over mobile phones while driving. Action will also be initiated against those who ferry excess passengers," Rajamahedravaram urban district Superintendent of Police B Rajakumari told reporters here.
Rajakumari released a pamphlet on 'dos' and 'don'ts' for the auto-drivers.
