The accused, Ravi Rajput, owns a travel agency in east Delhi's Madhu Vihar area and was booked under two cases for allegedly duping people to the tune of around Rs 5.14 lakh, said a police official.
"Rajput used to lure people by offering specific domestic and international tour packages at excessively low prices, according to his own convenience. On the day of the journey, he used to cancel the tickets and transfer the refund amount to his own account," DCP (East) B S Gurjar said.
