In a rant on Twitter, Glass John wrote that Scott's influence at Rihanna's label Roc Nation affected the release of the album, reported Digital Spy.
John says he wrote a track called 'Kiss It Better' and tweeted that Scott - who is co-producing the album - is "wasting valuable studio time trying to come up with a song that can top 'Kiss It Better' and he cannot because it's the beat damn song".
He also claimed that Scott also wants Rihanna to veer from her typical pop sound towards an "all trap ghetto" album.
