Trees to be planted on both sides of railway tracks

A green belt is being developed on both sides of railway tracks from Jaipur junction to Durgapura railway station and Jaipur junction to Gandhi nagar railway station here.
As per the decision taken in a joint meeting by the officials of North Western Railway and Jaipur Development Authority, the work to develop the green belt has been started and nearly 30,000 saplings of trees will be planted on both sides of the tracks by March 31 this year, according to an official release.
