Tremors recorded in Palghar, Maharashtra
Tremors of magnitude 3.5 were recorded in Maharashtra's Palghar district on Friday, an official said.
The district, which is close to Mumbai, has witnessed several minor quakes in the last one year.
No casualties or damage to property were reported during the tremors on Friday, recorded five km from Palghar town at 4.32 AM, said chief of regional disaster management cell Santosh Kadam.
