"Telangana people will not rest until they achieve Telangana state with Hyderabad as its capital. There should not be restrictions on Hyderabad for Telangana," he said, addressing a meeting of pro-Telangana employees here.
He asserted no effort to stop the bifurcation of the state will materialise, and said a separate Telangana would also need the blessings of the Centre in the form of financial assistance after the state formed.
Appreciating the efforts of employees and other pro-Telangana supporters in achieving separate statehood for Telangana, he said that they would have to remain vigilant and alert until the state is actually formed.
