TRS president and Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao will be explaining the welfare and development programmes undertaken by his government through a public meeting, party sources said.
Rao also decided to organise the party plenary in Hyderabad ahead of Warangal meeting, they said.
TRS was formed in 2001 to fight for separate Telangana.
