The truck from Haryana was seized at Bachchasar point on the highway for carrying the consignment of liquor to Gujarat, where liquor is prohibited, police said.
Driver Gurjeet Singh (37) was also arrested, they said.
It was seized during a routine check by Bikaner district police on national highway, they added.
A case under the Excise Act has been registered against the driver and owner of the truck who will be traced, police said.
