The company had posted a net profit of Rs 21.75 crore in the April-June quarter a year ago, TTK Prestige said in a BSE filing.
Its total income stood at Rs 385.64 crore, up 1.27 per cent during the quarter under review, as against Rs 380.80 crore in the corresponding period last fiscal.
"During the quarter there was a net exceptional income of Rs 128.96 crore on accounts of dealing with property development rights," the company said.
Shares of TTK Prestige today settled at Rs 563.50 on BSE, down 2.36 per cent from the previous close.
