The current CFO Suresh Mahadevan sought early retirement and resigned from the company, TTML said in a filing to the BSE.
The Board, at its meeting held yesterday, approved the appointment of Harish Abhichandani as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the company with effect from September 1, 2015, the filing said.
Suresh Mahadevan had sought early retirement from the services and tendered resignation as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel with effect from the close of business hours on August 31, 2015, TTML said.
It issued unlisted, unsecured, rated, redeemable, non convertible debentures of Rs 750 crore during last quarter which will be used for capital expenditure, long term working capital requirements, refinancing of existing loans and other purposes in the normal course of business.
