TVS Logistics appoints R Srikanth as CFO

TVS Logistics today said it has appointed R Srikanth as the new Group Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect.
Prior to taking up the new role, Srikanth was serving Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd as its President and CFO, Chennai-based TVS Logistics said in a statement.
In his new role, Srikanth, a senior fellow Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant, would handle global financial functions for TVS Logistics including mergers and acquisitions and PE investments.
He would report to TVS Logistics Services, Executive Director, S Ravichandran.
"Srikanth has an in-depth understanding and a good track record in financial management and his leadership experience in varied sectors will be of advantage to TVS Logistics and subsidiaries worldwide," Ravichandran said.

"We are glad to have him as part of our executive leadership team and confident he will contribute to our company's continued development," he said.
TVS Logistics registered annual revenues of Rs 3,000 crore and manages over three million square foot of warehouse space in the country. The company has presence in the United Kingdom, Spain, Thailand, USA, Germany, China and Singapore, it said.
