The Special Operations Group of Rajasthan Police has arrested Virendra Singh Charan, who was wanted in a murder case in Churu district and was evading arrest for the last two years, a police official said.
Nearly a dozen severe criminal cases are lodged against him, the ADG of ATS and SOG, Umesh Mishra, said.
Charan was plotting a crime with Devendra Singh Shekhawat of Deedwana, another wanted criminal, who was also arrested from Chomu Pulia. Shekhawat was on the run after being released on parole, the officer said.
