Two people have been arrested in Kawal village here for allegedly posting a video hurting religious sentiments on social media, a police official said today.
A case was registered against the two after protests by some activists over the issue, after which they were arrested, Circle Officer SKS Pratap said.
It was in Kawal village in 2013 that an incident of harassment spiralled into one of India's deadliest riots. It left 63 dead and over 50,000 displaced.
