A case was registered yesterday against Raghavendra of village Ratibhanpur and another person following a complaint by the victim's brother, SHO Jaithra, Kailash Dubey said.
As per the complaint, the minor girl was kidnapped by the duo on March 11, he said.
Efforts are on to nab the accused, police said, adding the girl is yet to be traced.
