Two BSF men killed, two hurt in mortar blast during training

Two BSFjawans were killed and two others were seriously injuredtoday in a mortar blast during a training exercise at the Kishangarh Firing Range in Pokhran, about 175 kms from here in Rajasthan.
The jawans were practising firing with 81 mortars when suddenly the ammunitionwent off in the barrel itself this afternoon, said BSF DIG Ravi Gandhi.
The splinters hit the jawans who were standing close to the barrel, killing two on the spot and injuring two others seriously, he said.
The injured were rushed toJodhpur by the airforce chopper for the treatment, he said.
All of them belong to Rajasthan.
