Two dead, 10 injured in road mishap

At least two persons including a woman were killed and more than 10 others injured in a head-on collision between a bus and a motor bike in Odisha's Mayurbhanj district today, police said.
The accident took place at Baripada-Udala Road when a Sarat bound bus collided head on with a motor bike on which three persons were astride, Nalita Modi, the inspector-in- charge of Udala police station said.
One man and a woman travelling on the bike died on the spot, the police officer said.
Ten passengers of the bus suffered injuries as the vehicle turned turtle after hitting the bike. All of them were rushed to a hospital at Udala, where the condition of four injured persons was stated to be serious, Modi said.
