Acting on a tip off, police stopped a bike on its way to Akhnoor last evening at Canal Head area here and recovered 800 intoxicant Pyrmol capsules from the rider -- Mohinder Pal, they said.
Pal was arrested and a case was registered against him, police said.
In another incident, police yesterday arrested a pedestrian, identified as Pavitar Singh alias Patti, after recovering 2000 Paravon Spas Capsule from him.
