According to a statement issued by the city police, the incident had taken place under Moghalpura Police Station limits on February 10 and a complaint had been lodged by the victim the next day.
The accused identified as Dilloud Ajay Kumar and Gyanchand Karan, were arrested yesterday and produced in the court.
"The victim was sent to Bharosa Center for counselling. Due to mental instability, the girl was not able to give exact picture of the case. However, efforts are on to elicit the truth," the statement added.
