Two held on rape charge

Two persons, including a school security guard, have been arrested for alleged rape and attempt to outrage the modesty of two minor girls in two separate places here, police said today.
An 8-year-old girl, who was playing outside her house, was kidnapped by Sansar Chand, the security guard of a private school in Greater Kailash area here yesterday, they said.
The guard took her to an isolated area and committed rape, they said, adding the victim after reaching home narrated the incident to her family members, who lodged a complaint with police against the guard.
The police then registered a case and arrested the accused.

In another incident, a youth was arrested for allegedly trying to outrage the modesty of a 3-year-old girl in Nai Basti area of the city yesterday, they said.
