Two persons were arrested here Tuesday for alleged possession of illegal firearms, police said.
Saddam and Manjesh, both in their 20s, were held in Sector 49 in the city, the police said.
"Both of them belong to Hardoi district in Uttar Pradesh and were living in Hoshiyarpur village in Noida's Sector 51," a police official said.
"A country-made .315 bore pistol and a knife were seized from them," the official said.
A case was registered against them at the Sector 49 police station under the provisions of the Arms Act, police said, adding that the duo has been remanded in judicial custody.
