Two injured in clash over parking

Two persons were injured and 11 vehicles damaged in a clash between two groups of people over parking in the Beckbagan area in the south-east part of the city, though nobody was arrested
The incident occurred last night when an Ola cab driver Mohsin Khan tried to park his car at the Beck Bagan Row Road and Lower Range and the local people objected, which led to an altercation between them, a senior police officer said today.
Khan, who is also resident of the same area, called his friends and there was a scuffle between the two groups, he said.

"In the scuffle, around seven four-wheelers and four two-wheelers were damaged and two persons received minor injuries," he said adding that the two were discharged after initial treatment from CNMC.
Two groups lodged complaints against each other and cases under IPC Sections 341 and 323 has been initiated, he said.
