The deceased were identified as Harsahay Mali, 65 years, and Laxman Mali, 25 years, the Additional SP-Dausa Anil Kayal told PTI on telephone.
The injured including five women were rushed to government hospitals in Dausa and Jaipur's SMS hospital, they said.
The clash took place early this morning when supporters of two brothers attack each other with sharp edged weapons and sticks outside their houses in Nihalpura village of Sikandra police station in which two died on the spot, the ASP said.
The counter FIRs have been lodged by the brothers.
Extra cops have been deployed in the village to maintain the law and order situation which was well under control, the SP added.
