Two killed, five injured in car crash

Two persons were killed and five others injured in a car crash in Bihar's Jamui district today, police said.
Shyam Sundar Paswan (50) and his wife Saroj Devi (45) were killed on the spot after the car they were travelling in crashed into the railing of a culvert, the police said.
Balram Paswan, another occupant of the car, received serious injuries and he has been referred to the Sadar hospital at Jamui, Kapildev Prasad, the officer-in-charge of Chakai police station said.
Mantu, Rajiv, Kumar and Kushi, who were also in the same car, received minor injures, Prasad said.
He also said all the occupants of the car belonged to the same family and hailed from Dhanbad district of Jharkhand.

They were on their way back home after attending a wedding in Lakhisarai, he said.
The bodies of the deceased have been sent for post mortem examination.
