The accident took place last night when the bus, ferrying people from the rally at Jothrada village near Bhabhra, was returning to Khargone district. At around 11.15 PM it suddenly fell from a culvert due to alleged negligence of the driver, Alirajpur SP Kumar Sourabh said.
The deceased were identified as Rajendra (30) and Sanjay (24). The injured were referred to Khargone after primary treatment in Alirajur, he said.
Police is further probing the incident.
