The deceased were identified as Ram Dayal Meena, an officer of a nationalised bank, and car driver Rampratap Vishnoi, they said.
The incident took place yesterday when a calf came in the way of the car and in order to save it, Vishnoi lost control of the vehicle, police added.
The bodies were handed over to the relatives after the post-mortem, they said.
