The labourers identified as Raju and Navin Tiwary, resident of Chandani Chowk in New Delhi, were crushed to death by the vehicle, in its back gear, while they were sleeping in the campus ground at about 5 am, police said.
The victims were employees of a Delhi tent house which got the contract to erect the pandal for the 36th annual convocation of the ISM, at which the president was the chief guest yesterday.
