Two men register FIRs over petty issues

A scuffle broke out between two persons, including a dalit, over petty issues in Tijara area of the district following which they have registered cross FIRs, police said today.
According to police, Sahiram Gujjar and Sarjit Valmiki three days ago indulged in verbal duel and later had a fight over old disputes.
Sahiram has filed a complaint against Sarjit and alleged that he teased his wife and misbehaved with him when his wife had gone to fetch water on April 9.
Whereas, next day, Sarjit also registered a case and alleged that he was beaten by Sahiram when he had gone to fetch water, they said.

Both the families have been involved in some dispute for a long time. Few days ago, Sarjit's wife had registered a rape case against two men who are close aids of Sahiram, they said.
The matter is being probed, they added.
