Two motorcyclists crushed to death by truck

Two persons were crushed to death when a speeding truck rammed into a motorcycle on NH 57 late last night near Dholbajja village in Araria district of Bihar, the police said today.
The accident occurred under Forbesganj police station area when two persons riding on a motorcycle came under the wheel of the truck and were crushed to death on the spot, Officer Incharge of the police station Mukesh Kumar Sah said.
The dead were identified as Pradeep Kumar Verma (30) and Krishna Kumar (28) hailing from Lakhimpur village of Uttar Pradesh, the police added.
The driver of truck escaped from the scene.

The bodies have been sent to sadar hospital for post-mortem, the OC said.
