The suspects identified as Johan Single (30) and Shyam Dev Singh (29) were nabbed by a joint squad of CRPF and state police from the Nowrang chowk area of the district.
No weapons have been recovered from them and the duo has been handed over to local police for further questioning, a senior official said.
