The duo--Kohkameta Area committee commander and a commander of Raoghat area-- surrendered before Superintendent of Police (SP) Amit Kamble this afternoon, Deputy Superintendent of Police N K Sahu told PTI.
Their names cannot be disclosed due to security reasons, he said.
"The duo told us that Naxal leaders during their posting subject tribals in Chhattisgarh to injustice," Sahu added.
The Naxals will be given assistance as per rehabilitation policy of Chhattisgarh government.
In a separate incident, a Naxal was arrested during a joint search operation in forests of Edka village under Narayanpur police station area.
The patrol team rounded up the cadre on suspicion and during interrogation he admitted to being involved in Naxal movement, Sahu said.
He was involved in several cases of crime in the region, he added.
