The SUV, on way to Kishtwar from Srinagar, rolled down into the 200 feet deep gorge at Godanpari belt of Chatroo tehsil around 12:30 PM, police said.
Ghulam Hussain Dar of Seri in Doda and Musarat Begum of Arhal Kokernag Srinagar were killed in the mishap.
The ten injured have been hospitalised, they said.
Meanwhile, Former Congress Minister and MLA Inderwal G M Saroori have expressed shock and grief over the accident.
